What do I need to apply?
A free account, a photo ID (driver's license, state ID or passport) and proof of income such as recent pay stubs, an offer letter or a benefits letter. You can upload photos of documents straight from your phone.
How long does the review take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You can check the status any time under My Applications, and we'll email you when it changes.
What are your income requirements?
As a guideline, total household income should be about three times the monthly rent. We look at the whole application, including rental history, so please apply even if you're close.
Do you allow pets?
Many of our houses do. Each listing shows its pet policy; a pet deposit may apply. Service and assistance animals are always welcome.
Can I apply for more than one house?
Yes. You can submit one application per house, and you can withdraw an application at any time before it's approved.
Is my information secure?
Your documents are encrypted and stored privately and are only visible to you and the Home Sweet LLC team. They are never shared publicly.
